Can't get through to Josh's caseworker to confirm that she sent the "missing" paperwork to FailureOptions. We'd be maybe going down in person to pointedly ask *them* what the status is, but Zander was ill this morning (he's feeling better now) and we were pretty shagged out after morning errands, so we decided not to go there today. And thus another day goes by.
