Tried to send this via the customer support form at Trymedia, but apparently it exceeds their 1000-character limit (by how much? who knows; I linked them to this page instead):

Question

Downloaded Luxor 2 (Big Fish) from the link you provided, and installed it. Ok so far.

On running it, a window comes up which says "Your free trial period has ended. To unlock and own this game, choose an option below:". There is a button in the center which says "Unlock Full Version" and a hyperlink near the bottom left which says "Already paid? Click here."

I tried each of these options in turn; the exact same thing happens when I click on each one:

The window accesses the internet briefly and then displays a message saying that "our purchasing and activation process has been updated" and "the game you've installed is an old version we no longer support".

It then gives me the option to purchase the game (button: "Buy Luxor 2 Now") but then adds that if I have already purchased the game, I can download the updated version from my purchase history -- for which it provides a link.

When I click on the purchase history link, it asks me to log into the Big Fish site using my existing email and password.

Since I don't think I had a password, I click the "Forgot your password?" linkand then enter "bigfish@hypertwins.org", which is the address at which I received the original purchase invoice

The site comes back with a message saying that it does not have an account associated with that address.

So.... how do I unlock this thing? My activation code, from the original purchase email, is 11f3f6969e26e69eca6bca5079a50de3.

Thanks.

Your question box doesn't give me enough space to describe the problem exactly, so I have posted it on our web site:

In short, the Luxor 2 I downloaded from your site insists that I log in via Big Fish's web site to download the new version of Luxor 2 from their site, but Big Fish doesn't seem to recognize my email address even though I copied it from the registration email.

Thanks.
