NOTICE OF DEBT DISPUTE
To whom it may concern,
In response to your letter of September 10, I hereby dispute the charge as given.
In order to consider acknowledging any portion of this debt, I would need to see proof of its validity. I do recall having an account with Charter Communications, and I also recall that there was a billing snafu at one point, but I do not recall the existence of any remaining balance on the account.
