I once worked as a customer support office in an IT company, I used have with me the 'HOT LINE', and I used to receive calls all the time from customers with 'issues', even at mid-night. Every time a phone rung, I knew something was wrong somewhere, and that has stuck with me up to today. I cant just stand the phone ringing, its as if some bad news is coming. I resort to switching off my phone, or not keeping it on silent, so that I dont hear it, and miss it! I would rather call them when I am more confident, or when am sure there is nothing really bad.
