I think the main reason is number 1. I put off calling people I know I should because I am afraid they will talk me into spending even more money I can't afford. An example is; I was tring to cancel a contract and was told by the broker that it would cost in the range of $300.00. Luckly I wrote directly to the company concerned and they only charged $35.00 for the administration involved. | I think the main reason is number 1. Well I thought that I was more or less alone on this issue but I finally found that many people have problems similar to mine. I love computers but mobile phones and fixed telephone I really dont like it. Every time my boss asks me to call someone I'm always get a little nervous and have a tendency to want to grab the conversation at start (grab the bull by the horns) so I stay good in the final picture. I am a very communicative person, but the idea of calling someone is always a little tricky for me. I think that what makes me feel insecure is not seeing the face of another person (maybe in a recent future the generalization of phones whit an LCD can help). I have tried to solve this problem but that little insecurity is always present and for that reason if I was forced to work in a call center I would instantly catch a tremendous nervous breakdown.
