The Durham Center provides "behavioral health and disability services" in Durham County, and plays a supportive role in a somewhat complex inter-agency web which I don't quite understand.
Their main location is at 501 Willard Street, but they have another task-specific location – the Access Unit – at 2609 N. Duke Street, another location downtown in back of the old Sears building, and possibly other locations. Their web site is mostly PDF files, which is a bit annoying when you are trying to find information.
