"The account number in the lower left hand corner is undoubtedly a 'Staddon' account. RDA, WDG/NLG did not use State Farm. This was either paid for Nick and he paid us back or us paying him back for a short term loan from him. (We certainly wouldn't bill him for it or assume it wasn't paid just because we have a record of paying it for him and don't have a record of it being covered somehow.)"
