The phrase "Norman, coordinate!" comes from the Star Trek episode "I, Mudd" in which an android society apparently depends on one particularly advanced android named Norman for resolving logical conundrums. Whenever any of the the other androids become confused by something (usually illogical human behavior), its number-tag will begin flashing and beeping and it will say things like "illogical... illogical... Norman, coordinate..."

The Hypertwins tend to use this phrase in reference to any situation which is particularly baffling or overloading in some way.
