Nick Staddon and Sandy Hall,
I have just read the emails between you and Robin Baker. I am most concerned about your efforts to get your son back into our system. Just a couple of questions - I was unclear as to which facility you went to on March 1 - our Durham Center on Willard Street or the Durham Center Access at Central Medical Park? As of this date, has anyone called you back to schedule an appointment with a new case managment agency? Please know what happened to you is not how our system is supposed to work. I deeply regret the frustration you must feel in trying to get services for your son. If you will, please include your telephone number with a time convenient for someone to call. We have made a great deal of changes over the past year; however, it appears our system is far from perfect. I appreciate your letting us know the challenges you encountered - we can only make changes as we know the problems. We look forward to providing services again to you and your family.
