N., what a pissy prick you've become.

1. Please (please) stop calling me. I have asked you repeatedly not to call me; what do I have to do to get you to stop? Call the police?

You have never asked me to not call you, only that you didn't want a second call unless there was no other information to convey because you might be involved with something that I shouldn't expect to get you the second time anyway because you might not be there to begin with.

2. Please send your dispute in email, so that we don't have to rely on anyone's memory of what was said and when.

You got Alzheimers already? Must be the aluminum from the Cokes.

3. I was able to find a $400 debit in the spreadsheet marked "Bubba - loan for drums" on 5/12/01, but that's the only one. If you paid me back in cash, I need an approximate date and amount for each payment. I will look through my records for evidence of a bank deposit (or deposits) of a similar size.

I paid you $300 the week before the $400 and it was so becasue I needed the extra $100 to cover rent or I would have done it 400/300 so the thrust of it was covered in the first payment.

Why would you not still subscribe to mediation? Is it really the time thing? I've not been able to move on it because I've had to work to make the extra money it takes me to live because you aren't living up to your agreements based on the fact that you say it's my fault because I didn't dend you and email to remeind you of they were. Had you sent me the monies promised as per our 50/50 repayment schedule set down before we left the Red House I would be fiscally fine and could take the time to recoagulate my records for the process.

I think that binding arbitration would be better because the agreements you've made in the past don't seem to matter because there is nothing to hold your feet to the fire with mediation and if in fact I am wrong it would cover you also.

I still say you are mistaken about the amounts and it will all come out in time.

Lighten up, I'm the one getting screwed and I'm not pissy.

N., BTW since you think we should include others I will be CC'ing your father since he's one of the ones who has been fed bullshit so you look like the victim.

Nick Notes

(Shortly after this email there were two calls from Hull Road phone number 706-613-2770, with no message.)

These two emails strike me very much as a declaration of war. I agreed to a limited re-opening of negotiations (my long email of 11/1), and under tense circumstances approached the negotiating table again. Bubba's response was essentially to slap me and a member of my negotiating team. Clearly he has no interest in negotiating.

It was more or less at this point that I decided to stop responding under any circumstances (short of a major backpedaling and apology, not bloodly likely) and get down to Athens to retrieve my stuff whatever the cost. I ended up having to drive down without Sandy due to coordination errors with the respite care people.
