Summary
Livia has full custody of Anna. Livia keeps the two houses and the 4 acres on which they sit. $350 of the monthly rent from one of these houses is counted (until June 1, 2013, and only if the rent is actually received by Livia) towards Nick's child support payments, the total of which is $750/month.
Visitation
Nick gets:
- 1st and 3rd weekend of each month, 6pm Friday - 6pm Sunday (48 hours per month, i.e. 24 full days/year)
- Father's Day, 9am - 6pm (9 hours per year) (what about school days?)
- Nick's birthday (May 11), 5pm - 8pm (3 hours per year)
- three (3) days during Anna's Spring break from school (dates unspecified; assume 3 full days/year (24 hours/day))
- 24 hours during Thanksgiving (any of Wed-Sun) (1 full day/year)
- one week during summer (June 1 - August 1)
- Even-numbered years:
- Anna's birthday (November 25), times unspecified
- July 4th, 9am - 6pm
- Christmas:
- 6pm on the last day of school - 9am Christmas Eve
- 9am on Christmas Day - 9am December 26
- Odd-numbered years:
- Christmas: 9am Christmas Day - 6:00 p.m. January 1.
Livia gets all other times, plus the following (these presumably override weekend visits, whenever there is a collision):
- Valentine's Day and St. Patrick's Day, 5pm - 8pm
- Easter Sunday, ("9:00 p.m." must mean a.m.) 9am - 6pm
- Mubbie's Birthday (July 21) (hours unspecified)

It really bothers me that "judgment" doesn't have an "e" after the "g". That really seems wrong.
