For and in consideration of $1.00 and other valuable consideration the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree that Nick J. Staddon shall have the right to collect rent from 2785 Danielsville Rd., Athens, Georgia, until June 1, 2013. After such date he shall have no further right to such rent.

This 14th day of March, 2002.

Notes

In retrospect, this is just kind of weird. Why do I have the right to collect rent if I don't own the place? Don't get me started on why I didn't insist on owning it, as we had originally agreed. More about that later. --Woozle 21:29, 28 Nov 2005 (EST)
