Hi Nick...well.. we are not delayed due to the money, don't worry, I had talked to Bubba and he offered to provide a credit card number but I explained to him that unfortunately at this point we are not set to receive credit cards but since we are working on it I had mentioned that I would call back to let him know about our progress, as of today we are not set yet and that's the reason I'm asking for a check, the tracking numbers.. I don't have them, the merchandise is being shipped by air thorugh a private company and should arrive sometime tomorrow or early monday, they'll call us to let us know that we have receive a shippment because it has to go through customs so..don't worry if it is necessary we will ship the merchandise to your client next day air to ensure he receives it by the 23rd...if it is of any help..I will send you a copy of our paperwork as soon as I get it from Mexico..

Payment: If Bubba were here at the moment I'd ask him, but he's not -- do you not accept credit cards? If I'd known that you didn't (assuming you don't), I would have mailed you the requested payment back when we originally placed the order rather than risk delaying delivery any [further]. Hopefully we'll talk tomorrow, and if you need a check I'll overnight one to you -- but this is the kind of issue that really should have been addressed earlier. (Sorry if I'm being nitpicky!) If we don't get to talk, please email me ASAP if credit card is not an option so I can get the check to the post office before it closes for the weekend.
I do appreciate that you're having Alex Flores send the one piece directly. That eased my mind somewhat, and I have passed that information on to the customer.
If there's _any way_ you could get me shipment tracking numbers for any of the shipments made so far (from Flores to you), that would really help too.
Also, I wanted to re-iterate that we will need tracking numbers on all the shipments to our customer, else we may have difficulty getting our credit card serivice provider to release the funds to us. (If you don't accept credit cards, I can certainly understand why -- they are a pain in the neck! (-: )
