	~~the matter's inception to the date of this letter. Finally, I~~
	~~request any e-mails discussing parking on Pinecrest Road and~~
	~~information as to whether such emails were in response to inquiries~~
	~~or initiated by the City of Durham.~~

	~~Though they may not meet the criteria for being considered public~~
	~~records, I ask that you include documents generated by the City of~~
	~~Durham and its attorney and staff. I also ask that documents~~
	~~provided to you by any other municipality or government agency or any~~
	~~third party contractors that were hired by the City of Durham with~~
	~~respect to this matter be included.~~

	~~I agree to pay any reasonable copying and postage fees of not more~~
	~~than $100. If the cost would be greater than this amount, please~~
