	I spent most of the afternoon fighting with TootCat, where an upgrade attempt went badly and brought the site down while still ''appearing'' to be running fine, just from looking at the processes. Hopefully an a diff of the changes that were made will help us figure out what happened. ...tomorrow. TC was down for what felt like about 2 hours.
