N., I think I found the FedEx charge. The hat guy Lynn from China asked
me to set up a FedEx account and now he's charging me for shipping and
who knows what else. I checked his email folder and he sent me an email
on the 18th saying that he'd sent out the first hat sample package. If
I'm right we'll be getting another charge for the last pkg shipped on
the 26th. I'll email him and ask why he didn't say I'd be charged. Of
course he'd be happy to send me samples, it's only costing him
production costs in China. And to top it off he's shipping
International Priority. I never authorized FedEx to accept someone else
charging shipping to the account. I thought the account was just to
legitimize our existance to his superiors.
OK... Well, in that case I should probably go ahead and challenge it, since I
still didn't authorize it.

However -- setting up anything (such as a FedEx account) using the check card
number should be considered usage of the card and should be subject to my
approval for just this reason. If I had been aware that we _had_ a FedEx
account, I think I would have gone to the FedEx site and challenged the charge
there rather than doing it via SunTrust. If you had told me you were getting
one, I might have nixed the whole deal on the grounds that they could ship
whatever they wanted to ship to us however they wanted to ship it and we'd have
to foot the bill.

I feel like I have to say something so you'll understand that this pushes
buttons for me and you really need to be careful about this sort of thing --
technically, this breaks the "no unauthorized transactions" rule. You signed up
for the account without my asking and caused an unexpected transaction. However,
I do realize the charge was unintentional and that you were not expecting any
charge. But please do be careful about what you use the card/number for and get
my approval beforehand.

Please send me our FedEx account number, password, and any other particulars.

Thanks,
