I know I already discovered one time we overcharged a customer ($5), several where we had shipped some but not all of the order (and there&#039;s no reorder on file), and one where we couldn&#039;t process the card but went ahead and shipped anyway because it was xmas and the package would be late -- so the customer owes us $90 or so.<br /> <br /> Pretty soon I should be able to generate a report of all incomplete orders and all orders with balances outstanding... seems like a purty good use of<br /> my time at this point...<br /> <br /> Anyway, my point is: let me know if you know of any reason why I should drive back today; I could leave as late as 2 or 3 in the afternoon.
